Anthony "Tony" J. Parella is President and CEO of Shared Technologies Inc. A veteran in the telecommunications industry, Parella's professional accomplishments include building several successful businesses from the ground up and playing a significant role in taking two companies public. Shared Technologies earned a spot on the 2008 "Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For" list, placing 25th overall and third for job-growth. At an early age, Tony's father, Carmen, instilled a belief that helped shaped Tony's leadership philosophy, "Take care of the company, and the company will take care of you."
